Toni has been instructing fitness for over 20 years. Her love of fitness was discovered after taking a group exercise class at the age of 13. She has since transformed this passion into a career and her livelihood, something she can work at everyday. The most rewarding part of the job for her is motivating others to push themselves and improve their strength and overall well-being.
Along with instructing group classes, Toni is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. She excels both in one-on-one and group-based training, specifically targeting individual needs. Helping others achieve their goals and leave a workout with a sense of achievement is what inspires Toni daily.
Opening her own studio has been a dream of hers since day one. By doing so she has created an environment comfortable yet beneficial for all fitness levels. She offers a variety of classes suitable for people of all different fitness needs. Whether you enjoy Pilates, Barre, or a more traditional cardio/strength format, she is guaranteed to offer an approach that will keep you engaged by making the workout not only challenging but fun as well.

Gemma has been dancing since the age of 3 under the direction of Paulette Harwood. She has studied ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, tap, and hip-hop. In hopes of bringing the joy (and hard work) of dance to adults, she developed Dance for Fitness Program: The BeautyBarre. This program is designed to find the fun in fitness and the elegance and beauty of working hard by utilizing specific movement and choreography. Rooted from true dance form, the structure of each class is designed to work, motivate, and excite each student, all while providing a great workout. The goal of the program is to make every person leave the class feeling strong, confident, and beautiful. No dance experience needed.
Joellyn began her fitness teaching career in 2002 after having children and leaving her job on Wall Street. Training had always been a passion since high school so making it a profession was an aspiration of hers. She received her first group fitness certification from AFAA and has gone on to receive additional certifications in Spin, Kettlebell training, Les Mills Group Fitness, and Personal Training. Joellyn is passionate about fitness and nutrition and enjoys helping her clients create and reach their personal fitness goals. She teaches an average of 20-25 hours a week and always enjoys meeting new people.
Jillian Webberson is just beginning her fitness instructor career. She received her certification from AAAI/ISMA in August 2018 and is a certified BARRE Above Instructor. She has been dancing since the age of 4 with the American Academy of Dance. She was trained under the instruction of Stephanie Moy, former soloist with the Boston Ballet Company. In college, Jillian continued taking dance classes and performed with the Cedar Crest College Ballet and Jazz Companies. During the day, Jillian is a full time K-5 Elementary School Art Teacher at Barbieri Elementary School in Framingham. Jillian is excited to begin this journey with you, as you gracefully lengthen and strengthen your body and reach your fitness goals.
Hey Pound Posse! I am so excited to be sharing my passion for music, dance, health, rock, and fun with YOU! I’ve been a music teacher for close to 20 years and a performer for most of my life. Pound fitness is the perfect outlet for your inner rock star that wants to move and have fun! We use weighted drum sticks, called “Ripstix,” to feel and hear our connection between the music and the body. My mission is to help you feel like a champion with no judgment!
This is a time for our Pound family to rock out and have fun while getting a total body workout! We will have so much fun that you’ll forget you’re exercising!
Taylor is a lifelong athlete who is excited to be a part of your fitness journey. While teaching TRX is Taylor’s most recent fitness adventure she’s always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. As someone who grew up playing sports and being in a team environment, she is incredibly grateful to share this part of her journey with you.
TRX uses body weight exercises to develop your strength, balance, and flexibility. Open to everyone of all fitness levels, Taylor will ensure that you feel confident and comfortable while you challenge yourself to get stronger both physically and mentally. She can’t wait to see you in class!
